SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Klara's Gourmet Cookies offers both bulk and drop shipping. For full details of our shipping policies, please see our shipping page. We can either ship your order in bulk to one (1) location, which will cut down your shipping costs, OR directly to the addresses on your client list.  If you request delivery to one (1) location, then it is recommended that you distribute the product immediately upon receipt.  Klara's products are fresh and all natural.  Klara's Gourmet Cookies have a 6 month freezer shelf life and a 21 day shelf life at room temperature protected in our signature gold cookie tin. 

Shipping costs are based on the method of shipping, location and transit time. .

CUSTOMIZED ASSORTMENTS

When ordering any of our gift boxes, please feel free to either choose from our single variety packages, our pre-set assortments, or give us a call and you can choose your own assortment of your favorites.

PERSONALIZED PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

We are happy to include any promotional material, custom cards, or other information that you may want to include with your order.  We ask that you send us a sample of any material to ensure that it will fit with our packaging, and that the final materials arrive seven (7) days prior to your scheduled ship date.  To ensure that everything is packaged properly, we will not start assembling your order until all production material is received so delays in receipt may delay your order.

GIFT MESSAGES

Personalized gift messages printed on our Klara's Gourmet Cookies gift cards can be included in each shipment for no additional charge. Each attractive gift card is approximately 4"x6". Your message (up to six lines) is printed on the inside of the card.

 

VOLUME DISCOUNTS
We are happy to reward large orders with volume discounts. 

Please note that discounts only apply to Klara's Gourmet Cookies product costs. If you choose to have you order shipped via UPS additional charges will apply. These discounts do not apply to customized packaging, and cannot be combined with other offers.

PROVIDING YOUR CLIENT LIST
If you are interested in Klara's Gourmet Cookies drop shipping to a list of your clients, you will need to provide us with the address list in an Excel template format. If you require it our template can be downloaded here. It is important that you provide us with an accurate customer list so that we can ensure all your packages are delivered on time.  We ship via USPS. The USPS will ship to P.O. Boxes We also ship via UPS at an additional charge. UPS will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.  Also, we currently only ship corporate orders to the United States. Please feel free to provide your own template. If you decide to use ours please do not add any additional lines or cells.  If you have your own contact Excel spread sheet please email a copy to contact@klarasgourmetcookies.com. If you wish to use our template please fill it out and email the template to contact@klarasgourmetcookies.com.  Make sure to reference your name, company name in the email message.
