We offer a FREE Shipping Option with USPS Priority Mail: Your Order will arrive with in an average of 2-3 days with our free shipping option.

If you wish your holiday packages to be delivered by that holiday your order must be received by us 3 Business Days Before That Holiday.

If you wish your holiday gifts to be shipped on a certain date - please indicate the approximate ship date in the "COMMENT" section of the check out page.

All of the shipping options below are with UPS.

If you choose to ship via UPS additional charges will be applied to your order in the shopping cart/ checkout area

When choosing your desired arrival date and shipping method, please be aware that business days refer to weekdays (Monday through Friday) and exclude certain legal holidays. We do not offer Saturday Delivery with UPS.

Ground: Your order will arrive within 5 business days after it is shipped, depending on the destination. All orders ship from the 01230 zip code in Massachusetts.

Next Day Air: Your order will arrive the next business day after it is shipped.

Second Day Air: Your order will arrive within two business days after it is shipped.

We do not offer Saturday Delivery with UPS

*If you choose to have your package shipped by a method by which it is left to sit over a weekend in a warehouse or shipping facility, Klara's Gourmet Cookies does not accept any liability for the freshness or quality of the product when it is received.

Shipping and Handling Charges with UPS

Shipping Handling charges are calculated based on UPS Real Time Shipping rates. This is based on the weight of your order and the method of shipping you choose.

Between April 1st and October 1st, to ensure your order arrives in fresh condition:We only ship our cookies utilizing a method which will take 3 days or less.

During this warmer time period we will add an additional charge of $10 for an insulated shipping container and ice packs for all of our cookies to ensure delivery of fresh quality products.

I took a chance and ordered these excellent cookies just from the photos and decriptions on their website...a gift for my sister's birthday!! She called and said they were so fresh and delicious..she had to sample one of each kind immediately! She was very pleased with the gift, and I am sure I'll be ordering more, as they will make great gifts. They are worth trying for yourself, or order for those hard to buy for friends...this co. offers a very wonderful selection, and the only problem you may run into is which cookies to pick! They offer a great variety and combos, also... I will be a satisfied return customer.

 

Quality of the cookies was exceptional! The only drawback was that the confirmation email I received had a link to check on the status of the order. But there was never any update on that status, so I didnt know for sure that the order was actually being processed or when it would be shipped, etc.

 

Wonderful and delicious! Great product! Great service!

 

The cookies are a little pricey, but if you think how much time you save and how delicious they are they are well worth it. I will certainly order more stuff from klarasgourmetcookies. My whole family loved them, since we are from Europe these are the most similar cookies that we used to do ourselves when still living in Europe, where you just have more time than in NYC. :) Gabriela

 

Klara's cookies are excellent! The taste of Klara's cookies are exactly the way I remember my Czech grandmothers. Their customer service is wonderful, they go way beyond just regular service. If you want a taste of Czech tradition order Klara's cookies.
