(Lemon/Apricot and Chocolate/Raspberry)

My Great Grandmother's Traditional lemon linzer cookies with apricot jam and chocolate linzer cookies filled with raspberry jam.

She made this classic cookie during the holidays. She would store them in a low cabinet in her kitchen where we could reach this special treat easily. We were only allowed a few though,because if left alone we would eat them all.

Go ahead and indulge....I won’t tell.

INGREDIENTS; Flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), unsalted butter, raspberry/apricot jam (sugar, red raspberries, apricot puree, wheat syrup, water, pectin, citric acid,
elderberry juice extract (color), sodium citrate), powdered sugar
(sugar & cornstarch), egg yolk, vanilla sugar (Tahitian vanilla beans & sugar),cocoa powder, and lemon zest.

Contains - WHEAT, DAIRY, and EGGS. Made in a facilty that
uses TREE NUTS.
