Mini Almond Chocolate Tortes

Two delicate chocolate walnut cookies layered with vanilla rum butter cream and topped with semi-sweet chocolate and chopped toasted almonds.

Ingredients: Flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), confectioner sugar (sugar and corn starch), unsalted butter (milk), cocoa powder,  vanilla extract (vanilla beans water, alcohol), dark rum, walnuts, almonds,  semi sweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soy lecithin).
