Mini Coconut Chocolate Tortes

"Kokosove Strapaci"

Two crisp chocolate coconut cookies layered with chocolate rum coconut butter cream. Then topped with semi-sweet chocolate and coconut.

Ingredients: Flour (unbleached hard wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), confectioner sugar (sugar and corn starch), unsalted butter (milk), cocoa powder, vanilla extract (vanilla beans water, alcohol), dark rum, unsweetened coconut, egg, semi sweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soy lecithin).
